October 1, 1944.
Church has been called in conference to transact all business which is to come before the church. First thing to come before the church is electing delegates for the association. Bro. W.W. Gibson & wife have volunteered for delegates. Mrs. Bundren, Lois Lee, Pearl Gregory and Bro. Russel Watkins have all volunteered for messengers for the association. Second thing comes before the church a letter to be granted to Lorine Marie Peck. She is moving her membership to Conway where she is in school. Now Third is electing new officers, teachers for the church.
Class 1 – Bro Gibson has been elected. Class 2 – Young married ladies class - Helen Freeze was elected. Young men’s class Pearl Johnson Teacher. Jr. Class – Mrs. Bundren teacher reelected Tommy Moody class. Called Mrs. Looney Joy Class reelected her back. Beginners class elected Pearl Gregory Secretary Bro. Moody was reelected superintendent Claude Gregory reelected men’s class reelected O.F. Burke as their teacher. No other business, conf. adj.

Church was called in conference to transact business which was to see if church wanted to buy gifts for our boys which are in service. Church voted. All were in favor. So conf. now adjourned.

Church was called in conf to transact business. First was in calling a pastor. It has been voted on, church calle d Bro. Boyd from Hoxie. He is to be notified to see if he accepts. Second was to appoint a committee for selecting and buring gifts to send our soldier boys which are in service. Committee are Lois, Helen, Joy, Mrs. Looney, Myrna Gibson. Conference now adjourned.

Cash Baptist Church now in conf. to transact some business. Bro. Trammel has turned in his resignation as being out pastor if church requires of him being on field full time – after Sept 1 – he wants to return back to college. But will accept church if they want him for weekend. This is pray meeting nite and business is carried over till Sun. So this left open till Sun nite.
July 9, 1944. Church now in conf to transact unfinished business from last Wed. nite. Has been a motion and second made that the churhc would accept Bro. Cas. Trammel resignation. Also Church has sent Melvin Scaggs flowers. It has been voted by church for Claude Gregory to have authority to by for the church also outside toilet for the church and to have some paint work done on church. No other business conf. now adjourned.

June 25, 1944.
Cash Baptist Church was called in conf. now to transact business and some other things for the purpose of seeing who could go to the Baptist Assembly but was not financially able – and the church send them. Also church while in conf granted Mr. and Mrs. R.T. Morgan a letter which has been requested by them. It has also been voted on by church to send 4 that has been elected to go to assembly and the church to pay their expense which is 60.00. So no other business, conference now adjourned.

Cash Baptist Church. The church was call in conference for the purpose of calling a full time pastor. The church has voted and has called Bro. Trammel from Pocahontas for full time pastor. Salary $25.00 per Sunday. As no other business, conf. adjourned.

The church has been called into conference for the purpose of transacting some business. Bro. W.W. Gibson acting moderator. The church has worked out a budget which is $35.00 per week which covers the pastor salary and all other expenses. The motion has been made to adopt the budget which has been brought before the church. Church is to have business meeting once a month all teachers and officers and pastor are to be present. Also motion has been made and second as our pastor to act as moderator at all business meetings. NO other business, conf now adjourned.

Church Conference.
The church was called in conference to transact all business that come before the church.
First business was electing officers and teachers for the coming your. First officer was the electing of Superintendent. Bro. Claude Gregory was reelected Superintendent, Bro. Burke, Asst. Mrs. Pearl Gregory was elected Sunday School Secretary and clerk. Bro. O.F. Burke was reelected church treasurer. Helen Freeze, pianist, Joy Gregory, asst., Wm. vocal leader, Lois Lee asst.
Elected Teachers:
OF Burke class no 1; W.W. Gibson class no 2; Merie Rogers class no 3; Joy Gregory class no 4; Mrs. Rose class no 5; Mrs. Bundren class no 6; Tom Moody class no 7; Helen Freeze class no 8. Motion and second to elect two church Deacons. Bro. Sharp and Bro. Moody was elected and are to be ordained on Sunday after the convention. Moved and second to elect messengers to send to the association to be at Friendly Hope Church on 12th, 13th, Oct. The Messengers are Claude Gregory, Lois Lee, Tootsie Lee, Mary Farley, Mrs. Gibson & W.W. Gibson. With no other business, conference adjourn.

The church moved and second that we call the pastor for full time and pay him $25.00 each Sunday and it was also voted to by $100(not sure if this is $1.00 or $100) war bond with our parson building fund. We now have in treasure $512.00 and are to raise the other $240.00 by the firs of Oct. This done by order of church.

1. Lord’s supper to be had next preaching day. 2nd Sunday in Sept. Vote unanimous.
2. Made motion to have $3000.00 insurance on church to Freeze Ins. Agy.
3. Motion made by Bro.W.M. Freeze to have regular church conference on the 4thSunday each month.
4. Calling of pastor for full time was discussed. Motion was made by Bro. Gregory that church go to full time. Motion carried unanimous.
