Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church as Cash met on Sat. night before the 4th Sunday in Oct. 1919 and after divine services by Bro. Liddell,the church was a—– in conference. And Bro. Albert Ward and Sist. Mary Ward and Sist. Mamey Ward & Bro. Ed Parker and Sister Parker & Sister Whitfield B-dy-e all applied for letters fro this church to unite with other churches. As there was a motion & sec. to grant letters to all that applied for letters. A motion & second to appoint a finance committee.. Bro. H.S. Greene & Bro. James Pierce as a finance committee to look after the pastors salary. Motion & sec. bu the church for H.L. Stevens to act as finance committee for the olphants (orphans) hamfunds. A motion & sec. by the church to let all collections that was collected throught the Sunday School and the church on the 4th Sunday in each month to go as olphants (orphans) ham funds. A motion & sec. by the church for to send Bro. Liddell as messenger to the state association at Sheridan, Ark. As there was no other business, a motion & sec. for conference to stand adjourned.
