Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church met on Sat. Evening before the 4th Sunday in Sept. 1919 and the church went into conference. And the church went into an election of a pastor and Bro. Liddell was elected as pastor for the incoming year by a majority vote. And Bro. W.W. Gibson was elected C.C. Clerk. And a motion & sec for to elect messengers to the association, Bro. Jim Pierce & H.L. Stevens & Bro. B. Gibson, Bro. Tom Gibson & Bro. Claude Gregory. As there was no other business, a motion & sec. for conference to stand adjourned.
