Cash Missionary Baptist Church called in conf. by motion & 2nd. Motion & 2nd A.C. Ward made mod. protemp. Motion & 2nd for election of new clerk asst. and ask for the resignation of the clerk for failure to act. Motion & 2nd E. L. Watkins was elected. Motion & 2nd for note of $150.00 to finance church ecp during summer months and to let Rev. Harris,the pastor of the church use the money for 5 mo. Motion for donf to adjourn, done by the order of the church in conf.
