Cash Baptist Church went in conference to attain to the business that needed to be taken up. The letters of Mrs. Virginia Johnson, and Mrs. Mary Southerland were read by the clerk.
Next there votes on candidates for preacher which were Bros. Tom Garrison and Waif Hamilton. Bro. Tom Garrison received 12 and Waif Hamilton 10. Then all voted a unanimously for Bro. Tom Garrison for pastor if he agreed with the condition that we wanted concerning the salary. Preaching date and time he was hired for.
There being no further buisness the conference was adjourned by vote.
