March 28, 1943.
The church was called in conference to transact all business that should come before the body.  Bro. Robertson, moderator at this time the church granted Bro.  W.S. Keedy his church letter to unite with the Swifton Baptist Church.  There being no other business, con. adj.

The Cash Baptist church was called into conference to transanct such business that should come before the body.  Bro. O.F. The church went into conference to transact all business that should come before the body.  Claude Gregory acting as  moderator.  Motion and second that the church call a pastor at this time.  Bro. The church was called in conference to transact the business that should come befor the church.  The church granted Bro. Ward his letter to join Arkadelphia church.

Dec. 27th 1942.
The church voted to start a building fund to erect a parsonage for the church after the duration.  $9.00 cash was raised and there were two pledges being: Mrs. Pearl Gregory $250.00 and Wm Freeze $200.00 this done by order of church.

November 1942

Nov. 29th 1942.
The church voted at this time to pay Mrs. Mary Butler $4.00 per month for janitor work, which she had taken over.  The church also voted to send Rev. R.C. McDaris $10.00 who was a former pastor of our Church.

Nov. 8th.
The church voted to give each teacher the authority to buy a stove for their Sunday School room.  A motion was made and second and the church voted to send all the Soldiers in the community a Christmas present.  A committee was elected to see to this business and report next Sunday.  Bro.
