Dec. 7, 1936 – The Cash Baptist Church was called into conference for the purpose of issuing Ila Wright her church letter and forwarding it to Little Rock.  The motion was made and passed.  There being no other business, conference was adjourned.

Oct. 4, 1936 – The Cash Baptist church was called into conference for a business meeting for the purpose of calling a pastor and electing officers and teachers of Sunday School.
Bro. Waif Hamilton was called for pastor.
Claude Gregory was elected Sunday School Superintendent and Mrs. Will Farley was elected Secretary and Bill Sherrell, Church clerk.

Sept. 27, 1936 – The Cash Baptist Church was called into conference for the purpose of selecting a date for a business meeting.  The date decided was Oct. 4th.  The business is concerning calling a pastor.
There being no other business, conference was adjourned.

Aug. 16, 1936 – The church went into conference to transact business that might come before the church.
A motion was made and seconded that Bro. Will Farley was to have authority to pay the sawmill bill for sawing the lumber for the church.
