10-3-37.  The Cash Baptist Church was called into conference to elect messengers to the Mt. Zion Association.  The following were elected as messengers:  Mrs. Lois Lee, Mrs. Helen Freeze, Mr. W.W. Gibson; alternates Mr and Mrs. W.C. Farley.
No other business on hand.

5-2-1937.  The Cash Baptist church was called into conference to discuss plans for our revival meeting.  After general discussion, a motion was made to shay over the matter, and defer action until the following Sunday May 9th. There being no other business, a motion was made to adjourn.

4-25-1937.  The Cash Baptist Church was called into conference to transact any business that might come before the church.  Bro. W.W. Gibson was elected moderator.
Due to the absence of our church clerk William Sherrell, the church elected Mrs. W.C. Farley, to serve as church clerk.
As no other business was brought before the church, conference adjourned.
