Dec. 11, 1938.  The Cash Baptist Church was called in conference for the purpose of granting Sister Edward Mosby and Sister Beatrice Powell letters to join the Baptist Church at Dryden, Ark.  The letters being granted.  The church voted to send $12.00 to the orphans home.  There being no other business, conference adjourned.

Nov. 20, 1938.  The Cash Baptist Church called in con. for the purpose of granting Sister Robert Sherrell, Opal Sherrell and Catherine Sherrell their letters to join the Baptist Church at Alicia, Ark.  The letters being granted.  The church also raised $7.07 to pay for the fuel.  Conference adjourned.

8-21-38.  The Cash Baptist church went into conference relative to paying the pastors transportation to and from church  in addition to regular salary.  A motion carried not to increase any additional expenses at this time.  A motion also carried not to have a singing school at this time.  There being no other business, conference adjourned.
