May 26th, 1940.  The church was called in conference to appoint a committee to find our how much will take to finish the church.  The committee appointed consist of Bro. W.W. Gibson, Bro. Claud Gregory and Sister Pearl Gregory.  They are to report to the church at the earliest date possible.

Feb. 25th, 1940.  The church went in conference to transact such business that should come before the body.  Bro. Horn asked the church to accept his resignation as pastor of the church to take effect March 24th, which the church did.  No further business, conference adjourned.
