Dec. 27th 1942.
The church voted to start a building fund to erect a parsonage for the church after the duration.  $9.00 cash was raised and there were two pledges being: Mrs. Pearl Gregory $250.00 and Wm Freeze $200.00 this done by order of church.

Nov. 29th 1942.
The church voted at this time to pay Mrs. Mary Butler $4.00 per month for janitor work, which she had taken over.  The church also voted to send Rev. R.C. McDaris $10.00 who was a former pastor of our Church.

Nov. 8th.
The church voted to give each teacher the authority to buy a stove for their Sunday School room.  A motion was made and second and the church voted to send all the Soldiers in the community a Christmas present.  A committee was elected to see to this business and report next Sunday.  Bro. The church was called in conference to transact all business that should come before the church.  First business of electing officers and teachers for the coming year.  the first office was the electing of the Superintendent; Bro. The church went into conference to take up the unfinished business about accepting the resignation of our pastor.  the church voted to keep Bro. Ward for Saturday night and Sunday morning services as long as he could make arrangements for those two services providing he would accept the church that way.  The church [...]

The church was called in conference to transact all buisness that should come before the church.  First business was the granting of two letters to Bro. and Sister Ben Campbell to Ettowa Baptist Church.  Bro. The church taken up their business meeting.  The only business was about the piano.  Bro. The church  voted for our revival to begin the last week in July and run into August or as long as we felt that it should continue.  The church to decide at a later date whom we should have to help hold the meeting.
