The church moved and second that the church grant the Sunday School Secretary and church clerk a leave of absent and Mrs. Roy Gibson was elected by the church to act in her place during her absence.  This done by order of church.

The Cash Baptist Church was called in conference April 8, 1934.  The request for the letters of Mr. and Mrs. D.F. Carpenter was read.  The church voted that their letters be sent to them.

Cash Baptist Church went in conference to attain to the business that needed to be taken up.  The letters of Mrs. Virginia Johnson, and Mrs. Mary Southerland were read by the clerk.

First Baptist Church at Cash Ark. met in conference.  Bro. W.W. Gibson acting moderator it was moved and seconded that the church reinstate Bro. Burge Campbell and gave him a letter the same carried also the church granted Bro. Frank Ward a letter.  Conference adjourned.
